How does LED light therapy work?

LED (Light Emitting Diode) therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin at different depths. Blue light (415nm) targets acne-causing bacteria, while red light (630nm) stimulates collagen production and reduces inflammation. Our devices deliver these wavelengths in clinical concentrations proven effective in peer-reviewed studies.

How often should I use the LED face mask?

For best results, use the GlowMask™ 3–5 times per week for the first month, then 2–3 times per week for maintenance. Each session is 10–20 minutes. Most users see noticeable improvements within 4–6 weeks.

Is LED therapy safe for all skin types?

Yes. LED light therapy is non-invasive, non-thermal, and safe for all skin types including sensitive skin. It does not contain UV light and will not cause burns or damage. However, if you have photosensitivity or are on medications that increase light sensitivity, consult your doctor first.

Do I need the shower filter replacement cartridges?

Yes. The PureFlow™ filter cartridge should be replaced every 2–3 months depending on your water hardness and usage. You'll know it's time when water flow decreases or if hair begins to feel brittle again after previously improving.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery within the US takes 7–15 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the initial confirmation.
