Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in original condition with all included accessories.
- Consumable items (filter cartridges, hair masks) must be unopened/unused.
- Sale items and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us at hello@bluelightglow.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost, no return required.
